Historical Cherokee Caverns accepts outside bookings for many types of events. Weddings, Birthdays and Anniversaries just to name a few. All bookings must be approved by Cherokee Caverns staff prior to the event taking place. Historic Cherokee Caverns reserves the right to deny, change or cancel outside bookings. We will make every attempt to ensure that your event goes as smoothly as possible but in the event that we must make changes, we will attempt to give you adequate notice.
Once we receive your booking request, we will contact you to confirm the details. You will then receive an electronic invoice via email for payment. Note: All Cherokee Caverns bookings must be paid for at least 10 days in advance. All paid bookings are final. No refunds will be given due to the fact that we must close the caverns to the general public in order to make them available for your booked event.
In order to assure that your event is a success, we suggest that
you book your reservation a minimum of 10 days in advance.
